We take pride in offering high-quality, made-to-order Arabic calligraphy canvas prints, carefully crafted to meet your expectations. As each item is printed on demand, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair and in compliance with UAE consumer protection laws while ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

At Mahref, all our products are custom printed on demand, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged Item: If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and the product.
  • Manufacturing Defect: If there is a printing issue or quality defect, send us clear images of the problem, and we will arrange for a replacement.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong design, size, or product, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.

Note: Any claim must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order, along with supporting images of the product and packaging.

  1. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Since all orders are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for customer preference changes.
  • Incorrect Size Selection by Customer: Please check the dimensions carefully before placing your order.
  • Delays Due to Shipping or Customs: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
  • Used or Modified Products: Items that have been altered, used, or damaged by the customer are ineligible for refunds or returns.
  1. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued only if the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds for damaged shipments will be processed once the courier investigation is complete.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
  1. How to Request a Refund or Replacement?

Step 1: Contact us at hello@arabic.design within 7 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Attach clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item in your email.
Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a resolution.

  1. Cancellations

Because all orders are custom printed, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the production process begins, and cancellation is no longer possible.

  1. Consumer Rights & UAE Law Compliance

This policy is aligned with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), ensuring fairness while respecting the nature of made-to-order products. If you have any concerns regarding your rights as a customer, you can contact the UAE Consumer Protection Department (Ministry of Economy).
